Join Students, staff, and faculty for a bike ride. The APU Cycling Club is an student organization on-campus and rides every Saturday morning. On average the group rides 25+ miles at a pace of 16-18 mph. |

Every two years, alumni are honored for their achievements and skills on and off the playing field. The Alumni Association recognizes alumni who helped build APU's athletic programs into the three-peat Directors' Cup winning university of today. Alumni are welcome to attend this open luncheon and socialize with current coaches of the APU athletic teams.
For the 2007 Athletic Hall of Fame we will be honoring: Kojo Asamoah Men's Soccer 1979-82, Lynsee Bock Women's Soccer & Softball 1994-97, Philip Boyce Football 1973-76, Stephen Connor Football 1982-83, Dennis Dickens Men's Basketball 1867-70, Wayne Edwards Baseball 1983-85, Jack Nance Men's Track & Field 1987-89, Fatimat Yusuf Olukoju Women's Track & Field 1994-96, and Charles Sheldon Jackson '66 Cliff Hamlow Service Award. |

Mothers and daughters of future, current, and former students are cordially invited to attend this beautiful event. We will have the opportunity to celebrate each other while enjoying great food (full tea), each other's company and a words from Vice President Deanna Porterfield on "Words from the Heart". Seating is limited to 150 people; Pre-registration and payment is required.
Full tea includes: scones with devonshire cream and jam, fresh fruit platter, chocolate covered strawberries, fancy finger sandwiches choice of layered egg and tuna or croissont with turkey or ham, assorted mini gourmet desserts, gourmet cookies, coffee, tea, ice water, or lemonade. |

Bed Race basics: Strap four wheels to the bottom of a bed, add four students to push that bed at lightning speed, and one student to have the ride of a lifetime. A long-standing tradition of Residence Life, Bed Races draw a crowd of more than 500 spectators and 200 students, in teams of five, to race for glory and win the trophy. |
