Alumni Benefits
An individual is considered an alumni after he/she has completed a minimum of 24 units at APU and is in good standing with the Offices of Student Financial Services and Residence Life. Benefits afforded to APU alumni are two-tiered and listed below. Second-tier benefits are granted to those alumni who have joined the Alumni Association and have purchased an Alumni ID card for the one-time fee of $5. ID cards may be obtained through an application process initiated at the Darling and Mashburn libraries, or by contacting the Alumni Relations office at (626) 812-3026 or alumni@apu.edu.
Tier 1: Standard Benefits
APU Life
APU Life magazine is sent quarterly to alumni. This free publication keeps graduates up to date on university happenings, former professors, current students, and other alumni. The magazine welcomes alumni updates about graduate school, work, awards, marriage, children, or any other items of interest. Updates should be sent to the Office of Alumni Relations, PO Box 7000, Azusa, CA 91702-7000.
Alumni Cougars' Den
The Alumni Cougars' Den is an online community privately and exclusively for APU alumni. By joining this community you will have access to the online alumni directory, be able to post classnotes, pictures, your resume and job positions as well as receive the Cougar Tracks Enewsletter with news and upcoming events. Contacting Classmates through Alumni Cougars' Den
The names and addresses of APU alumni are maintained for use by the university and graduates (not for business solicitations). The Office of Alumni Relations does not give out entire lists or sets of labels. However, if looking for current addresses and phone numbers of specific classmates, you can join the Alumni Cougars' Den, to use online alumni directory. You can also call the Office of Alumni Relations at (626) 812-3026. Alumni directories are printed every three to four years.
APU Facilities
If you need summer accommodations, a room for a business meeting, or facilities for a wedding or reception, the Department of Hospitality Services can help. APU alumni are entitled to use the university's facilities at a reasonable rate. Use is based on availability. For additional information, call (626) 812-3035.

Information Media and Technology
Graphic Services is located in the Fletcher Jones Center as part of the Darling Library complex on West Campus. IMT provides computer and graphic equipment services. Use of these facilities may include material fees.
Tier 2: Alumni Association Benefits
As a graduate of Azusa Pacific University you are automatically a member of the alumni family. However, the following benefits require an alumni identification card. Identification cards cost $5 and may be obtained through the Office of Alumni Relations. For additional information or to order your card, call (626) 812-3026.
Athletic Events
Thanks to the Azusa Pacific University Office of Athletics, APU alumni are eligible to receive 50 percent off all regular season home sporting events. With dynamic coaches and All-American players, the Cougars are continually ranked among the nation's best in small college intercollegiate athletics. Drama
APU Theater produces 10 shows each year. APU alumni receive a $1 discount on all regular ticket prices. For more information about current shows or to reserve tickets, call APU Theater at (626) 815-5035.
Libraries
The APU libraries include the William V. Marshburn Memorial Library (located on East Campus), the Hugh and Hazel Darling Library (located on West Campus), and the James L. Stamps Theological Library (located on West Campus). Library facilities include 85 computer workstations for researching electronic resources, group study rooms, conference rooms, scholar rooms, and access to 150,000 print monographs, 1,450 print journal titles, and 7,000 media items.
Ahmanson Center
The Ahmanson Information Technology Center provides 90 double computer carrels with access to more than 100 licensed electronic databases and Internet resources. This technology offers the option of conducting electronic searches on a specific topic. Reference resources and an Internet help desk are also available.
Note: Students do have priority, and alumni are not permitted to use the computer lab the week prior to or during the week of finals.
