How do I get a Cougars' Den username?
Can I choose my own username?
May I let others use my username and password? How do I get a Cougars Den username?
Cougars' Den registration is a two-step process:
1. Alumni must first email the Alumni Office to get their PIN
number. When you email please provide your full name including middle,
graduation year, and last four digits of your Social Security Number.
This information will help us identify the correct individual in our
database.
2. Within three business days, alums will receive an email with
their PIN as well as a link to the Cougars' Den web site to complete
the registration process and create a username and password.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. By including all these
security checks, we can make it as difficult as possible for anyone to
claim to be someone they're not. To ensure that this database is
restricted to authorized users.

Can I choose my own username?
Yes, you will decide your username when you login using your PIN
number. You can return and change your username if you would like by
clicking the "My Account" button on the top tool bar under the APU logo. Then scroll down to the Account Information
section and change your username. Finally, scroll all the way to the
bottom of the page and click the "Save and Continue" button to save
your new password.
**Note** you must have a unique username so if you attempt a
username that is already taken by another alumni you will need to
create another username or keep your old username before you can
continue.

I let others use my username and password?
No, you should never allow anyone to access your account using your
username and password. Sharing information also violates the Terms and Conditions which
all alumni must accept when registering for KnightVision. Anyone found
sharing their username and password risks losing access to KnightVision.
